729.16 MISREPRESENTATIONS PROHIBITED.

No licensee under Section 729.04, or his agent or employee, shall make any statement which is false in any particular or which has a tendency to mislead, or shall make any misrepresentation with reference to any article sold or offered for sale during the going-out-of-business sale.
