729.08 USE OF TRADE NAME, ETC. PROHIBITED.
   No person shall use the trade, business or firm name of a licensee under Section 729.04 for a period of thirty days after the expiration of the license issued to such licensee. (Ord. 29-75. Passed 8-20-75.)
