725.06 MISCELLANEOUS OPERATING REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Order and quiet must be maintained on the premises so as not to violate the public peace.
   (b)   Such license shall be displayed by the exhibitor in a conspicuous place within his place of business and in close proximity to the electrical or mechanical amusement device licensed therein.
   (c)   No person under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted to operate an electrically operated amusement device before the hour of 3:00 p.m. on any day the City schools are in session unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian.
   (d)   The violation of any provision of this section shall be sufficient reason for suspension or revocation of the license however, violation of any provision of this section shall not be a criminal violation.
   (e)   The applicant must furnish to the Mayor evidence of public liability insurance for bodily injury in the minimum amount of one hundred thousand-three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 - $300,000) and for property damage in the minimum amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
