(a) The Mayor is authorized and empowered to establish, adopt and enforce or cause to be enforced, such rules and regulations governing the issuance of the licenses required under this chapter as he may deem reasonable and necessary and not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) All mechanical or electrically operated amusement devices covered by the provisions of Section 721.01 et seq. and all premises in which such devices are maintained or exhibited shall be open to inspection by the Police Department at all times. (Ord. 19-83. Passed 6-20-83.)
