§ 72.007 AGE REQUIREMENTS.

No person shall operate an ATV/motorcycle in violation of the age requirements established by Minnesota State Statutes. It is unlawful for the owner of a motorcycle/ATV to permit the motorcycle and/or ATV to be operated contrary to the provisions of this section.
