§ 72.004 RATE OF SPEED.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate a dirt bike, mini-bike or other motorcycle that is not “street legal” (licensed by the state to allow operation on public streets) or an ATV, on city streets at a rate of speed greater than ten mph.
