§ 72.003 OPERATION.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle or ATV under the following circumstances:
   (A)   On private property of another without the express permission to do so by the owner or occupant of the property;
   (B)   On public school grounds, park property, playgrounds, winter recreational areas, golf courses, cemetery, or any other public places, except where posted trails exist, unless the operator has the express permission by the proper public authority;
   (C)   No motorcycle and/or ATV shall be operated on public sidewalks or boulevards;
   (D)   On the portion of any public road right-of-way used for motor vehicle travel, or on the roadway of a state, trunk, county state aid or county highway, except where permitted by Minnesota State Statutes;
   (E)   Operate a motorcycle and/or ATV at any place, while under the influence of alcohol or drugs as defined in M.S.§ 169A.03, as it may be amended from time to time, which is hereby incorporated herein by reference;
   (F)   Operate or park a motorcycle and/or ATV in a careless, reckless or negligent manner, or heedlessly in disregard of the rights or safety of others, or in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, or to cause or be likely to cause injury or damages to any person or property;
   (G)   Operate a motorcycle and/or ATV in a manner or location so as to create loud, unnecessary or unusual noise so as to disturb or interfere with the peace and quiet of other persons;
   (H)   Operate a motorcycle and/or ATV, unless there is full compliance with the provisions of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, and ATV sections M.S. §§ 84.92 to 84.928, as they may be amended from time to time, and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, which statutes and rules and regulations are hereby incorporated herein by reference;
   (I)   So as to tow any person or thing on a public street or highway except through use of a rigid tow-bar attached to the rear of the motorcycle and/or ATV;
   (J)   Unless the motorcycle and/or ATV have been registered as provided by law;
   (K)   Operate a motorcycle and/or ATV with more persons on the vehicle than it was designed for;
   (L)   Operate a motorcycle and/or ATV under the age of 18 years without an approved safety helmet;
   (M)   Perform any stunts, acrobatics, racing or games of any sort, while operating a motorcycle and/or ATV on any motorcycle and/or ATV trails; and
   (N)   No motorcycle or ATV shall enter any intersection without yielding the right-of-way to any vehicles or pedestrians at the intersection, or so close to the intersection as to constitute an immediate hazard.
