§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation, continuing to violate any provision of this chapter beyond the time limit provided in § 52.35(B), or violating any of the other provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, and/or 90 days in jail. Each day of each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. This division (B)(1) shall not apply to the portions of this chapter relating solely to required payments for waste water service charges.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the city or to any other persons for any damages, losses or expenses sustained by the city of any other persons as a result of the violations, and shall be responsible for reasonable attorney fees incurred as a result of the violation.
