§ 154.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that the short-term rental of dwelling units within the city is conducted, operated and maintained in a manner so as to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Hoyt Lakes, and so as to not become a nuisance to the surrounding neighborhood.
