(A) Any firm, person or corporation who violates any of the provisions of these regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be subject to fine and/or imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates, neglects, refuses to comply with, or assists or participates in any way in the violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and for each violation is subject to the maximum penalty prescribed by state law for a misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
