(A) Zoning districts. For the purpose of this chapter the city is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:
(1) Residential districts:
(a) R-1 Single-Family Residential District;
(b) R-2 Single-Family Residential District;
(c) R-3 Single-Family Residential District;
(d) R-4 Mobile Homes District;
(e) R-5 Two-Family and Townhouse District; and
(f) R-6 Multiple-Family Residential District.
(2) Business districts:
(a) B-1 Limited Business District;
(b) B-2 General Business District; and
(c) B-3 Residential Light Commercial District.
(3) Industrial District;
(4) CD Conservancy District;
(5) MM Mineral Mining District;
(6) CLR Closed Landfill Restricted District; and
(7) S-1 Storage District.
(B) Opt-out of M.S. § 462.3593, as it may be amended from time to time. Pursuant to authority granted by M.S. § 462.3593, subd. 9, as it may be amended from time to time, the city opts out of the requirements of M.S. § 462.3593, as it may be amended from time to time, which defines and regulates temporary family health care dwellings.
