§ 151.60 INSPECTION AT SUBDIVIDER’S EXPENSE.
   All required land improvements to be installed under the provisions of this chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Operations Superintendent. Salaries and all costs pursuant to the inspection shall be paid by the owner or subdivider.
