§ 151.45 LOT STANDARDS.
   (A)   The minimum lot dimensions in subdivisions shall be in accordance with the city’s zoning regulations.
   (B)   All lots shall abut on a publicly dedicated street.
   (C)   Side lines of lots shall be substantially at right angles or radial to the street line.
   (D)   Lots abutting upon a watercourse, drainageway, channel or stream shall have an additional depth or width as required to assure house sites that meet shoreland ordinance requirements and that are not subject to flooding.
   (E)   In the subdividing of any land, due regard shall be shown for all natural features such as tree growth, watercourses, historic spots or similar conditions which, if preserved, will add attractiveness and value to the proposed development.
   (F)   Where new principal structures are constructed on lots contiguous to roadways designed as major thoroughfares, the city may require driveways servicing the lots shall be designed and constructed so as to provide a vehicle turnaround facility within the lot.
