The Clerk-Treasurer of the city is, in addition to his or her other duties, hereby constituted the Commissioner of Registration of the election districts located in the city. He or she shall have complete charge of the registration of all voters in the city, and shall discharge his or her duties in accordance with the provisions of M.S. Chapter 201, as it may be amended from time to time.
