Prior to the meeting of the City Planning Commission at which the preliminary plat is to be considered, the Zoning Administrator and Operations Superintendent shall examine the plat for compliance with this and other ordinances of the city, and submit a written report to the Commission. The City Zoning Administrator will submit a copy of the preliminary plat to the County Surveyor and include county recommendations in this report.
