(A) Filing. Four copies of the preliminary plat shall be filed with the City Zoning Administrator before the last business day of the month prior to the regular Planning Commission meeting at which the plat is to be considered, together with the filing fee and a certified property owner list from the county showing the property owners within 350 feet of the outer boundary of the proposed subdivision. Any necessary applications for variances from the provisions of this or other applicable chapter provisions shall be filed with the proper city official before a preliminary plat will be considered officially filed.
(B) Filing fee. The filing fee shall be as set by the City Council, to be used for the expenses of the city in connection with the approval or disapproval of the plans and the approval or disapproval of any final plat which may thereafter be submitted.
(C) Rezoning. If the property must be rezoned for the intended use, an application for rezoning, pursuant to the procedure in the zoning regulations, shall be filed with the preliminary plat.
