§ 33.02 EXTENSION OF TERMS OF COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   The terms of the Mayor and the Council member whose current terms will expire on the first business day of January, 1976, are extended to the first business day of January, 1977, and those offices shall be filled at the 1976 city election.
