§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of the terms of §§ 132.01 through 132.03 shall constitute a misdemeanor.
   (C)   (1)   Any violation of § 132.17(A) is a petty misdemeanor.
      (2)   Any violation of § 132.17(B), (C) and (D) is a misdemeanor.
      (3)   Any violation of § 132.17(E) is a petty misdemeanor.
