§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating § 32.12 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50 and costs, and in default of payment thereof, he or she shall be committed to the county jail for not more than 90 days,
