§ 130.22 OFFENSES AGAINST MORALS OR DECENCY.
   No person shall commit an offense against morals or decency by violating any of the following sections of Minnesota Statutes, as they may be amended from time to time:
   (A)   M.S. § 609.685 (use of tobacco by children); and
   (B)   M.S. § 609.72 (disturbing religious meeting).
