No person shall commit an offense against the public peace by violating any of the following sections of Minnesota Statutes, as they may be amended from time to time:
(A) M.S. § 609.72, (disorderly conduct);
(B) M.S. § 609.705, (unlawful assembly);
(C) M.S. § 609.715, (remaining after warning);
(D) M.S. § 609.66, (dangerous weapons);
(E) M.S. § 609.66, (use of firearms by minors);
(F) M.S. § 609.72, (provoking assault); and
(G) M.S. § 609.2231, (assault).
