§ 130.05 ASSAULT.

No person shall strike or attempt to strike, nor in any unlawful manner offer to do or do any bodily harm to another person; nor unlawfully make an attempt to apply any degree of force or violence to the person or another; nor in a violent, rude, angry or insolent manner touch or lay hands upon the person of another.
