§ 130.04 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   Every person who, without authority of law, shall willfully disturb any assembly or meeting not unlawful in its character, or the peace and quiet of any family or neighborhood, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who shall use profane, vulgar or indecent language in or about any public building, store or place of business, or upon any of the streets, alleys, or sidewalks of this city or so as to be audible thereon, or as to be offensive, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Every person who shall be upon any public street or other public place in an intoxicated condition shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (D)   Any person voluntarily entering the water of any lake or public swimming pool within the limits of the city, without being garbed in a bathing suit sufficient to cover his or her person and equal to the standards generally adopted and accepted by the public or willfully and lewdly exposing his or her person or the private parts thereof, or procuring another to so expose himself or herself, and any open and gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, or any act of public indecency shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (E)   No person or persons shall commit, do, make, aid, countenance or assist in committing, doing or making any noise, riot, disturbance, improper diversion or disorderly conduct, or shall collect in bodies or crowds in the city for unlawful purposes or to the annoyance or disturbance of the citizens or travelers.
