§ 110.27 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm, corporation or partnership, except wholesalers and manufacturers to the extent authorized by law, shall deal in or dispose of by gift, sale or otherwise, or keep or offer for sale, any 3.2% malt liquor or wine within the city without first having received a license as hereinafter provided. However, any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at on sale shall not be required to obtain an on sale license under this subchapter, and may sell 3.2% malt liquor and wine at on sale without further license.
   (B)   Further, any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at off sale shall not be required to obtain an off sale license under this section, and may sell 3.2% malt liquor and wine at off sale without further license.
   (C)   Further, no license is required for a bed and breakfast facility, as defined in M.S. § 340A.4011, as it may be amended from time to time, for providing at no additional charge to a person renting a room at the facility, not more than two glasses per day each containing not more than four fluid ounces of wine, in accordance with the provisions of M.S. § 340A.4011, as it may be amended from time to time.
