For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
3.2% MALT LIQUOR. Any malt liquor containing not less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, nor more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.
WINE. Includes all wine, as defined by Minnesota State Statutes, containing not less than 0.5% nor more than 24% alcohol by volume.
