The provisions of M.S. Chapter 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, liability insurance, conditions of bond of licensees, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of 3.2% malt liquor and wine are adopted and made a part of this subchapter as if set out in full.
