§ 110.12 RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE OR CONSUMPTION.
   (A)   No minor shall misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of obtaining liquor or 3.2% malt liquor; nor shall he or she enter any premises licensed under this subchapter in order to procure the beverages or to consume or purchase or attempt to purchase, or have another purchase for him or her, the beverages on licensed premises.
   (B)   No person shall induce a minor to purchase or procure liquor.
   (C)    No person shall give to, procure or purchase liquor for any minor or other person to whom the sale of intoxicating liquor is forbidden by law.
   (D)   No person shall mix or prepare liquor for consumption in any public place or place of business not licensed to sell liquor on sale and no person shall consume liquor in any place.
   (E)   No liquor shall be sold or consumed on a public highway or in an automobile.
