The Commission shall have the authority to:
(A) Develop and assist in executing a long- and short-term plans;
(B) Promote an increase in the use of the golf course in conjunction with the Golf Course Superintendent;
(C) Submit a recommendation for golf course service charges, i.e., cart storage rates, green fees, season tickets, trail fees, club house use and the like;
(D) Audit the City of Hoyt Lakes Golf Course Revenue Account and Expense Account Reports monthly; and
(E) Recommend to the City Council candidates for the Golf Course Superintendent and Club House Coordinator.
