§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, plus, in either case, the cost of prosecution. The term PERSON as used throughout this chapter includes firms and corporations.
