§ 93.07 CEMETERY MAINTENANCE; CARETAKER.
   The City Council shall appoint a caretaker who shall have control of the maintenance and improvement of the grounds as follows.
   (A)   He or she shall keep the grounds, walks and streets in order and free from obstructions.
   (B)   He or she shall have charge of all interments made in the cemetery and shall supervise all labor.
   (C)   He or she shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and of all regulations adopted by the Council for the government of the cemetery and for that purpose shall be qualified to act in the capacity of a peace officer and to make arrests for violations of any ordinance or regulations in the cemetery.
   (D)   He or she shall verify the existence of a properly executed burial permit in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer before allowing any interment to take place in the cemetery.
   (E)   He or she shall have charge of the digging of all graves in the cemetery; every grave for an adult shall be at least five feet deep and for a child at least four feet deep.
