§ 30.02 REGARDING WORKER’S COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   Pursuant to M.S. § 176.011, subd. 9, clause 6, as it may be amended from time to time, the members of the City Council, whether elected or appointed to fill a vacancy, are hereby included in the coverage of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act, being M.S. §§ 176.001 et seq.
