(A) A cemetery has been established and is continued upon land owned by the city, and described as follows:
7.8 acres lying in the southerly part of the NW-SW Sec. 9-58-14 and 1.9 acres lying in the SE corner of the NE-SE Sec. 8-58-14.
(B) The plat of the cemetery, as drawn by George Watts, surveyor, and placed on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, showing all boundaries, sections, lots, divisions, roads, drives and paths, is hereby adopted as the official plat of the cemetery which shall be called the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery.
