There is hereby established campsites, recreation areas and picnic grounds on lands leased by the city, and known as Fisherman’s Point, and described as follows:
Lot 13, Section Seven, Lots Three, Four, Five, Six and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter (NE 1/4 - SE 1/4) of Section 18, and all that part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4 - NE 1/4), Section 18, lying south of the Allen Junction Road, all in Township 58 North, Range 14 West, St. Louis County, Minnesota.
