§ 91.42 SALE OF SYNTHETIC DETERGENTS.
   (A)   From and after the effective date of this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell, or to offer for sale, at any retail establishment within the corporate limits of the city, any synthetic detergent unless he or she shall have posted in his or her retail establishment an alphabetical list of all synthetic detergents offered for sale at retail establishments and shall have indicated on that list the phosphorus content of each synthetic detergent based on the most current information supplied to him or her by the city. The list shall be printed or typed on paper, cardboard or other suitable paper product so that it will be plainly legible to purchasers in the retail establishment and the list shall have the phosphorus content of each product indicated directly across from the product. The list shall be conspicuously displayed at the location within the retail establishment where the products are sold.
   (B)   The following title and words shall be indicated at the top of the list:
