§ 91.04 FAILURE TO REMOVE ABANDONED OR INOPERATIVE VEHICLE.

Any person who abandons a motor vehicle on any public or private property without the consent of the person in control of the property, or any person who fails, neglects or refuses to remove an abandoned, wrecked, junked, partially dismantled or inoperative vehicle or to house the vehicle and abate the nuisance in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter shall be in violation of this subchapter.
