§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Except as otherwise set forth in this chapter, any person, firm, corporation or other entity found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
      (2)   Any person, firm, corporation or other entity, which violates any provision of § 90.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as defined by state law.
      (3)   Failure to obtain a valid license within seven days following commencement of prosecution for violation of the licensing regulation contained herein shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   All petty misdemeanor or misdemeanor penalties provided for herein shall be in addition to any license fees, late penalties or late fees, impoundment fees, boarding fees, leash/restraint violation fees, barking/nuisance fees, disposition fees and any other administrative fees that the City Council is hereby authorized to and may establish and impose for the administration and enforcement of the provisions and requirements of this chapter.
