§ 72.069 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE, MOTOR BICYCLE AND MOTOR SCOOTER. Shall have their usual and accepted meaning, but shall not include any motorcycle or other vehicle to which a license is issued under the laws of the state.
