1630.08 CONFLICTS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the BOCA Fire Prevention Code, being Chapter 1610 of these Codified Ordinances, and this chapter, the less restrictive standard shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and a provision of any State code, the provision of the State code shall prevail.
