1460.14 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

If the owner or responsible local agent does not correct a violation of any section of this chapter, the Building Official may revoke any existing certificate of occupancy(s). Any structure not in compliance with this chapter is deemed a nuisance per se.
