(a) Arrangement. A block shall be so designed as to provide two tiers of lots, except where lots back onto an arterial street, natural feature or subdivision boundary.
(b) Length. A block shall be not less than 500 feet long unless they abut an existing plat where the blocks are less than 500 feet long.
The maximum length allowed for a residential block is 1,320 feet, from center of street to center of street.
