1044.03 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

(a) Control. The Department of Public Works shall have complete control over all water and sanitary sewer mains and service of the City and is hereby charged with the installation, operation, use, maintenance and protection of such facilities.

(b) Director's Duties. The Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby charged with the complete operation of the Department and the enforcement of this chapter.
