(A) Information resources are provided by the county to support the business of local government. The term "information resources" includes all county hardware, software, data, information, network, computing devices, phones, and other information technology. To use information resources, you agree to adhere to the provisions of this agreement which are established to ensure security and inform of the conditions of use.
(B) The current required IRUA for signing as laid out in Ord. 2020-BCCO-1, as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code as if set forth in full herein.
