§ 30.16 ELECTION SHERIFF ABOLISHED; TRANSFER OF DUTIES.

(A) Pursuant to I.C. 3-6-6-5(b), all positions of Election Sheriffs are hereby eliminated from theelection process in the county in all precincts until further order of the Board of County Commissioners.

(B) The Judges of each precinct in the county shall perform the duties and have the rights of Election Sheriffs in all precincts of the county until further order of the Board of County Commissioners.
