§ 33.39 KINSEY LEASE PAYMENT FUND.

(A) A special fund shall be created named the Kinsey Lease Payment Fund and all lease payments received from Four County Counseling shall be deposited into the special fund for funding of programs by Kinsey Youth Center.

(B) The Howard County Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to implement this section in accordance with the applicable law and administrative procedures.
