§ 33.35 REVOLVING LOAN FUND.
   Pursuant to I.C. 5-1-14-14(b), the Auditor of Howard County is hereby authorized and directed to establish a Revolving Loan Fund for the purpose of loaning money to local government entities for economic development purposes. The name of the fund shall be “The Howard County Revolving Loan Fund,” hereinafter referred to as the “RLF.”
