§ 90.09 ENFORCEMENT.

The Department of Animal Services shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of this chapter. Additional enforcement shall be through proceedings brought by the County Attorney or assistant County Attorney pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-3 and the related Indiana statutes referred to therein.
