   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, when signs are erected giving notice thereof, to park a vehicle upon any of the following streets or places in violation of the corresponding restrictions:

   (B)   This schedule does not apply to law enforcement personnel or the county employees engaged in their official duties. Signs shall be erected by the County Highway Department indicating the reservation of the parking spaces provided for in this schedule.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the parking restrictions concerning commercial vehicles in the Ruhl Street Subdivision shall be fined $100 and court costs for each violation.
