§ 50.04 MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE CHARGES AND FEES.
   (A)   The city shall make a charge each month for the collection and disposal of municipal solid waste from each municipal solid waste patron within the city.
   (B)   The City Council shall adopt and revise by resolution a fee schedule or schedules for collection and disposal of municipal solid waste.
