(A) The following legal descriptions are intended to delineate the areas designated for the City Economic Development District as referenced in map # HS-EDD-2011-01. This area is intended to comprise of that portion of the General Commercial District which lies within the Historic Preservation District along River Street, West River Street and Chicago Street from Albany Avenue north to the Evans Plunge Pump Station to also include all of Evans Addition which contains Evans Plunge and also includes all of Glattly Addition across the street from the county courthouse and extends up Minnekahta Avenue to Happy Hollow Street.
(B) The Economic Development District is legally described as:
(1) All of Evans Addition;
(2) All of Glattly Addition;
(3) All of Central Addition;
(4) All of Sulphur Springs Second Addition;
(5) Lot 7, Revised Villa Theresa Addition;
(6) Lots 1 through 10, Block one; and Lots 1 through 28, Block 23, all in Minnekahta Addition;
(7) All of blocks 31 through 34, all in original town;
(8) Lots 1 through 5 and lots 13 through 24, Block 1; Lots 13 through 24, Block 2; Lots 1 through 12, Block 8; Lots 1 through 12, Block 9; all of Block 19; all of Block 21; all of Block 43; all of Block 22; and all of Block 23; all in original town; and
(9) All of Block 56 and all of Block 57, Sulphur Springs Addition, all in the city.
