§ 34.02 COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL SALES AND SERVICE TAX.
   The municipal sales and service tax herein levied shall be collected by the State Department of Revenue in accordance with the same rules and regulations as the Commissioner of Revenue of the state shall lawfully prescribe.
